Following on from discussions at the AGM, we're looking at arranging a trip to mark the club's 10 year anniversary in 2023. At the moment we're looking at a few different options in Spain and Italy for a week in the October holidays 2023. It would be useful to have a rough idea of who's interested in potentially coming on a club trip. We won't have likely costs for a while yet so this isn't any kind of commitment to come but if you could indicate if you would be interested in principal, please put your name below.

We're exploring options for places which would offer a wide range of cycling routes in a location which caters specifically for cycle club trips so could cater for bike hire/guiding etc as necessary.

Its our intention that we find a venue which would suit for both cycling and site-seeing so the idea is we would open the trip to club members and their non-cycling partners if they'd like to come too.

We'll post more info when we have it.

Myself and Shanthi are potentially interested! When you say October holidays do you mean the school hols? If so, that reduces the chance that Shanthi could come as her colleagues all have kids and so usually get to take those weeks off and so she has to work them.

The working presumption at the moment it would be in school holiday time. Think we all appreciate that whatever date is picked may not 100% suit everyone although we hope if we get things organised well in advance it does allow most to plan in advance and perhaps get first dibs on holiday selection at their workplace if that is how holidays are organised.

Yes, we are looking at the October school holidays 2023. Sorry about that. Some club members can only come in the school holidays plus it potentially allows for family members to come should they want to.
